The House of Ten present DEIGHTON'S AFTER DARK
This was the first time Murder of Crows had a group showing.
Neal Ryan and Cody Westman performed this night. I had the pleasure of backing them up on a few songs with my awesome djembe beats...

Murder Of Crows
Megz Majewski+Jenn Brisson+Jacob Biberdorf+JIRISH=Murder of Crows

Thoughts Stitched Together
...a collaboration i did with the lovely, spooky and talented Megz Majewski for the Ayden Gallery's "Merge: Collaboration Show" in 2007.
The thought bubble was my contribution and the girl with the thought, was Megz's.
...this was first time i ever painted these creatures... and so "TeddyMares" were born...

Lil' Miss Muffet's Revenge

A small window into the mind of a Jezebel spirit...
In order of birth, from top to bottom...
The first one originally had hearts on her privates, but as i was painting, the hearts changed into flames... therefore the title "Change of Hearts".
...the next three paintings strangely enough reflected events and feelings that i was going through at the time i was painting them, which i didn't realize until after they were completed. My subconscious? "Queen of Hearts", "Broken Hearts", and "Still Heart" all representing the devil girl in me, i guess... starting at a realization of Being, moving into actions, and then finishing off with a bit of regret and contemplation.
Devil Girl
This painting was given to a friend of mine, Didier Arpin, before he left for Montreal. It was the beginning of a series i did involving devil girls...
Now whether or not this was a self portrait at the time... i have yet to figure out.
